Along with economic development, much attention has been paid to the relationship between economic develop- ment and environmental problems. Based on current conditions in Tianjin, this paper eonducts a systematical analysis on the rela- tionships between economic development and some environmental pollutions of gas pollution, water pollution, earth pollution and noise pollution, with Kuznets curves by combining indicators for eeonomic development, environment, environmental protection and society development. Some results and conclusions concerning solutions for environmental pollutions had been reached, such as company structure adjustment, environmental policies reform, financing for environmental pollutions and formation of ecological philosophy. Some conclusions about the relations between the two fields based on environment tax pollution trading, recycling e- conomy and the innovation of science and technology were also put forward.%随着经济的发展,与经济发展密切相关的环境问题越来越引起人们的关注。针对天津市目前经济发展和环境水平状况,通过选取天津市1990年-2008年人均GDP作为经济发展的指标,选取工业废水排放量、工业废渣排放量、工业废气排放量作为环境污染的指标,分析1990年-2008年天津市的环境库兹涅茨曲线,得出1990年-2008年天津市的环境库兹涅茨曲线呈现的U型＋倒U型的特征,除工业废渣排放量还在上升未达到拐点外,工业废水排放量和工业废气排放量均达到拐点,并有所下降,但是环境污染治理的任务还十分艰巨。通过分析不同阶段影响环境库兹涅茨曲线的因素,产业结构的变动,污染物排放的变化,环境保护投资力度的大小,环境保护政策等是造成天津市环境库兹涅茨曲线特征的主要原因。通过建设集约型社会,倡导循环经济,以缓解天津市经济增长与环境问题之间的矛盾。
