论上海市郊环境监测预警体系的构建——以嘉定区为例

摘要

Based on Construction Outline of Advanced Early Warning System for Environmental Monitoring,the construction of early warning environmental monitoring system is proposed as the focus of monitoring stations in suburban areas of Shanghai.Based on current status in Jiading District,the problems are presented.In order to satisfy the needs of environmental management,the specific composition of early warning system is also proposed,which includes the construction of environmental quality monitoring system,pollution source monitoring system,modern environmental monitoring laboratory,whole-process environmental monitoring ＆ quality management system,environmental emergency monitoring system,environmental monitoring information system and improvement of comprehensive data analysis ability.%依据《先进的环境监测预警体系建设纲要》,提出建设先进的环境监测预警体系是上海市郊各监测站工作重点。就嘉定区环境监测工作的现状,指出与先进的环境监测预警体系的差距。提出建设先进的环境监测预警体系的具体构成,通过建设环境质量监测预警体系、污染源监测预警体系、现代化环境检测实验室、全过程环境监测质量管理体系、环境应急监测系统、环境监测信息化体系和提高数据综合分析能力七个方面,使环境监测更好地满足环境管理的需要。
