《土壤污染防治行动计划》等文件对中国重点行业工业企业搬迁过程污染控制工作提出了明确要求.相关专项技术规范的发布可以有效指导该项工作的开展.以上海市某化工企业搬迁过程污染控制案例为研究对象,介绍了项目的背景、工作程序与内容、方案编制以及环境监理工作情况,重点阐述了污染控制要点和技术路线.结合案例经验,对工业企业搬迁过程污染控制工作提出了建议,为中国相关专项技术规范的制定提供了实践经验和参考.%The pollution control for removal and demolition of key industrial enterprises was required in the top-level file"soil pollution prevention and control action plan"in China. Related guidance should be formulated and released in order to con-duct this job. A case on the pollution control for removal and demolition of a chemical plant in Shanghai was studied. The project background,procedure, work content and environmental supervision were described, and the pollution control key points and technical route were elaborated especially. Some suggestions for pollution control of industrial enterprise removal and demolition were proposed,in order to provide some experience and reference for the formulation of relevant guidance.
