县域环境功能区划中环境支撑能力评价指数计算方法研究

摘要

Environmental function zoning has a basic work of scientific management in the environment, and environmental support ability evaluation index was one of the important contents of it. Methods for estimating were proposed according to the problem existed in the computation of the county environmental function zoning in environmental support ability evaluation index. Environment support capability evaluation index estimation method was applied in Ruzhou city as an example.%环境功能区划是环境实现科学管理的一项基础工作,而环境支撑能力评价指数是其区划的重要内容之一,研究针对县域环境功能区划中环境支撑能力评价指数计算中存在的相关统计数据缺乏,《环境功能区划编制技术指南(试行)》应用针对性不强等问题,针对性的提出所需统计数据的获取途径及估算方法,并以汝州市为例,进行了环境支撑能力评价指数估算方法应用,对比汝州产业发展、环境状况,该方法总体符合汝州实际.
