从聚醚多元醇工业滤渣中回收聚醚多元醇和磷酸二氢钾

         

摘要

Polyether polyol ( PPG ) and KH2PQ4 were recovered from the filter residue in PPG production by extraction and crystallization process. PPG is the raw material for the production of polyurethane ( PU) foam block and high resilient foam. The experimental results show that this recovery process is suitable for the filter residue in PPG production. The optimum process conditions are as follows: mass ratio of KH2PO4 crystallization mother liquor to filter residue 2. 0, extraction temperature 80-90℃, extraction time 60 - 90 min, standing temperature 80-90℃, standing time not less than 24 h, stirring speed for crystallization 400 r/min, concentrated KH2PO4 solution pH 4.6-4.7, cooling rate not more than 0. 7 t/min, crystallization temperature -2-0 t, crystallization time 1.5 -2.0 h. Under these conditions, the average yield of PPG is 88. 2% , and the product quality meets the enterprise standard Q/ SH1060 012-2010 of Tianjin petroleum chemical corporation, SINOPEC; the average yield of KH2PO4 is 81. 8% , and the product quality meets the first grade industrial product standard of HG2321-92.%采用革取、分离工艺从生产聚醚多元醇(PPG)的滤渣中回收PPG 和KH2PO4.实验结果表明:用于生产聚氨酯(PU)泡沫包装块和高回弹泡沫制品的PPG 的滤渣适宜采用该工艺回收;本实验最佳工艺条件为KH2 PO4结晶母液与滤渣质量比为2.0,革取温度80 ~ 90 C,革取时间60 ~ 90 min,静置温度80 ~ 90 C,静置时间不少于24 h,结晶搅拌转速400 r / min,KH2PO4浓缩液pH 4.6 ~ 4.7,结晶冷却速率不超过0.7 C / min,结晶温度- 2 ~0 C,结晶时间1.5 ~ 2.0 h.在优选工艺条件下,滤渣的PPG 平均收率为88.2%,质量指标达到G/ SH1060 012-2010<聚醚多元醇>中国石化天津石化分公司企业标准;KH2 PO4平均收率为81.8%,质量指标达到HG2321-92<磷酸二氢钾>工业品一级标准.
