基于信息可视化技术的地理空间元数据可视化研究

摘要

元数据在地理空间数据服务中发挥着重要作用.但现有的元数据检索方法效率不高、形式单一,将可视化应用于数据检索将会提高元数据服务的有效性和可用性.文中在分析信息可视化技术和地理空间元数据特点的基础上,研究地理空间元数据可视化的影响因素、元数据单要素和多要素可视化技术,探讨元数据可视化的应用流程.%Metadata plays an important role in the geospatial metadata service.But the current way of metadata retrieval is inefficient and in a single form.The application of visualization to the data retrieval will improve the availability and usability of metadata service.First,it introduces the concepts and content of information visualization; second,by combining the characteristics of geospatial metadata,it presents the influencing factors of geospatial metadata visualization,single variate and multivariate visualization techniques; finally,it discusses the application process.
