自然资源统一登记中的测绘地理信息支撑作用

In Dec, 2016, seven cabinet departments of China, including Ministry of Land and Resource, jointly issued the Measures for Registration of Natural Resource Rights (trial), which was a symbol to illustrate the unified natural resource registration came into effect in our country.This system is a frontier in which surveying geographic information serves social administration and economic construction and it confirms surveying geographic information plays a supporting role in unified natural resources registration.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics and significance of unified natural resource registration, according to the fact that surveying geographic information plays an important role in maturing unified real estate registration, the paper explores the function and significance of modern surveying technology and geographic information technology, and gives the instructive guidance to some extent in the practice of unified natural resource registration.%2016年12月,国土资源部等七部委联合下发《自然资源统一确权登记办法(试行)》,标志着自然资源统一登记制度在我国开始实施.自然资源统一登记是测绘地理信息服务社会管理与经济建设的新领域,测绘地理信息在自然资源统一登记中起着重要的支撑作用.在分析自然资源特点和自然资源统一登记意义的基础上,依据测绘地理信息在日渐成熟的不动产统一登记中的重要作用,论述现代测绘技术和地理信息技术在自然资源统一登记中的地位和作用,对自然资源统一登记的开展有指导和借鉴意义.
