基于BIM理念的规划监督测绘数据挖掘分析

摘要

针对规划监督测绘成果直观性差、专业性强、拓展应用水平不高的现状,文中基于BIM理念,通过聚类分析,依托多种新型测绘技术针对规划监督测绘数据挖掘展开研究,以实现成果多元化应用.实践表明:这种模式提升了数据利用效率,满足建设单位、规划行政主管部门、物业管理等单位的多方需求,对类似项目具有示范意义.%As for the situation of poor explicitness,strong professionalism and low level of extended application in surveying and mapping results for planning supervision,this paper,based on BIM concept and through cluster analysis method exerts studies on data mining of new surveying and mapping technology in order to put achievements into wide range of applications.The practice shows that this model improves the efficiency of data utilization,meets the needs of construction organizations,planning administrative departments and property management companies,w hich has significant demonstration effect on similar projects.
