对雾化法获得的(CoCrFeNi)95Nb5五元高熵合金粉体进行了表征,并研究了其在45钢上制备的激光熔覆涂层的微观形貌、元素组成和耐蚀性.结果表明,各元素在粉体中按设计比例分布均匀,熔覆涂层结构致密、质量良好,与基材实现了冶金结合,具备优秀的耐蚀性,在3.5% NaCl溶液中进行动电位极化曲线测量时表现出明显的钝化行为.%A five-element (CoCrFeNi)95Nb5 high-entropy alloy powder obtained by atomization was characterized. The microstructure, elemental composition, and corrosion resistance of the coating prepared therewith by laser cladding on 45 steel were studied. The results showed that the elements were uniformly distributed with the expected proportions in the powder. The laser-clad coating was metallurgically bonded to the substrate, had a compact structure, good quality, and excellent corrosion resistance, and showed a passivation behavior in the potentiodynamic polarization measurement
