黄铜氧化发黑工艺的改进

摘要

阐述了黄铜氧化发黑的原理，介绍了发黑液的配制。在酸洗及活化液中加入添加剂改进前处理工序，讨论了前处理、活化及氧化发黑工序中影响发黑膜质量的各因素，并提出了工艺维护措施。%The fundamental of blackening of brass by oxidation was described. Preparation of blackening solutions was introduced. Pretreatment process was modified by the addition of organic additives in pickling and activating solutions. Factors affecting properties of the blackened film were discussed, and maintenance of the process was presented.
