水性紫外光固化超支化聚氨酯的制备

         

摘要

以聚环氧丙烷二醇醚(PPG1000)、季戊四醇、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)和异佛尔酮二异氛酸酯(IPDI)为主要聚合单体,甲基丙烯酸羚乙酯(HEMA)为封端剂,合成了超支化紫外光固化水性聚氨醋树脂.研究了各组分用量对涂膜性能的影响,确定了较佳工艺条件,并用红外光谱和核磁共振谱对该超支化聚氨醋树脂的结构进行了表征.试验结果表明,当n(季戊四醇):n (PPG 1000) = 1:6,羟酸含量为0.40 mmol/g,Irgacure 184光引发剂的用量为树脂固含量的3.0%时,可得到黏度低、稳定性和溶解性好、光敏性强、涂膜综合性能优良的超支化水性聚氨酯涂料.%A hyperbranched UV-curable waterborne polyurethane resin was synthesized with polypropylene glycol (PPG 1000), pentaerythritol, 2,2-dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA) and isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) as main monomers and 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA)as terminating agent. The effects of the dosages of various components on the properties of the coating were studied.The optimal process conditions were determined. The structure of the hyperbranched polyurethane resin was characterized by IR spectroscopy and C13-NMR spectroscopy.The results showed that a hyperbranched UV-curable waterborne polyurethane coating with low viscosity, good stability and solubility, high photosensitivity and excellent comprehensive performance can be obtained at a molar ratio of pentaerythritol to PPG1000 1: 6, carboxylic acid content 0.4 mmol/g and Irgacure 184 photoinitiator 3.0% of solid content.
