环保型可剥性保护涂料的研制

摘要

An environment friendly strippable protective paint was prepared with acrylic modified silicone resin as main film forming material through physical modification by polyisobutylene, SBS resin and phenolic resin, as well as adding with reinforcing materials, other assistants and a mixed solvent containing carbonate. The application results indicated that the film has a stripping strength of 500 N/m, tensile strength of 5 MPa and erosion width to depth ratio of 0.3-0.5, being easily stripped after chemical milling. The workpiece applied the film once showed no erosion after continuous chemical milling several times in 300 g/L NaOH solution, thus meeting the requirements of clients.%选用丙烯酸改性有机硅树脂为主成膜物,辅以聚异丁烯、SBS树脂和酚醛树脂进行物理改性,再加入补强材料、其他助剂和含碳酸酯的混合溶剂,制得环保型可剥性保护涂料.应用结果表明,该涂料涂膜剥离强度为500 N/m,拉伸强度5 MPa,化铣后胶膜易于剥除,浸蚀比为0.3～0.5.一次涂胶,在300 g/L的NaOH溶液中连续化铣多次后无漏蚀,满足客户需求.
