水性涂料中二氧化钛颜料颜色的测定

         

摘要

A method for determination of dried film color of titanium dioxide pigment in water-based dispersion system was designed by making use of the high dispersion of titanium dioxide pigment in water based on the measuring principle of colorimetric method. The influence of base material chroma and paint fineness on color determination of water-based titanium dioxide slurry was studied. The composition of test paint was determined. The test results demonstrated that the method is easy to operate with good repeatability. The minimal and maximum standard deviations are 0.009 6 and 0.05, respectively. When reagent grade titanium dioxide pigment is used as standard sample, the color determination results of various water-based titania slurries are close to the that of the standard sample. This method can be applied to determination of the color of titanium dioxide pigment during production of water-based coatings.%利用二氧化钛颜料在水中的高分散性,借鉴色度法的测试原理,设计了二氧化钛颜料在水性分散体系中干膜颜色的测定方法.研究了基料色度、漆料细度对二氧化钛水性色浆颜色测试的影响,确定了试验漆料的组成.试验结果表明,该方法操作简便,数据重现性好,最小标准偏差为0.0096,最大标准偏差为0.05.以试剂级二氧化钛颜料为标样,各水性钛白浆颜色的测试结果与标样的验证结果接近.该方法适用于水性涂料生产中二氧化钛颜料颜色的测定.
