石油钻机徐装质量控制及验收方法

摘要

从复涂层附着力、表面清洁、环境、涂装间隔时间、机械损伤和施工等方面对石油钻机涂层复涂质量的影响因素进行了分析,论述了涂层复涂质量控制方法以及超时限涂层表面复涂补救措施,介绍了涂装质量检查、验收内容和标准.%The influencing factors of adhesion strength,surface cleanness, environment, time interval between coatings, mechanical damnification and construction on recoating quality of oil rig were analyzed. The recoating quality control methods and remediation measures for the recoating of coated surface of outstripping time limit were discussed. The quality inspection and acceptance contents and standards of the coating were introduced.
