A siloxane-containing acrylate copolymer P(MMA-BA-KH570) was synthesized by free radical solution polymerization with methyl methacrylate (MMA), butyl acrylate (BA), and silane coupler 3-methacryloxy-propyltrimethoxysilane (KH570) as monomers, and then blended with an inorganic silicon sol to prepare a novel organic-inorganic hybrid coating material. The main factors influencing the copolymer synthesis were studied. The composition and structure of the copolymer were characterized by FT-IR, NMR, DSC, and GPC. It was found that the organosilicon-acrylate copolymer with a number-average molecular weight of 8 498 was obtained with 5% (relative to total monomer weight) azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as initiator and 15% (relative to total monomer weight) KH570 at a reaction temperature of 100 ℃. The film obtained by blending the copolymer with the inorganic silicon sol features good resistance to water, saline, and acid, pencil hardness of 4H, and adhesion strength of 0 grade.%以单体甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、硅烷偶联剂3-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH570)为原料,采用自由基溶液聚合方法合成了一种含有机硅氧烷的丙烯酸酯共聚物P(MMA-BA-KH570),并将此共聚物与无机硅溶胶进行复配制得一种新型有机-无机杂化涂料.讨论了共聚物合成工艺的主要影响因素,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振(NMR)、差示扫描量热(DSC)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)等手段对共聚物的组成及结构进行了表征.结果表明,以单体总质量5%的偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,反应温度为100℃,KH570用量占单体总质量的15%时,可以制得数均分子量为8 498的有机硅丙烯酸酯共聚物.将该共聚物与无机硅溶胶复配制成涂料,所得涂膜的硬度为4H,附着力0级,耐水性、耐盐水性和耐酸性等各项性能优异.
