低温脱脂剂的研制及其应用

         

摘要

A high-efficiency water-based metal degreaser was prepared with 5%surfactant RF-25-1, 25%NaOH, and 0.1%EDTA. The effects of degreasing temperature and time on degreasing effect of the degreaser were studied by static-state experiments. The results proved that the favorable conditions for obtaining a good degreasing effect are temperature 50 °C and time 20 s., The degreaser was used to treat steel strip with a linear movement velocity of 200 m/min at 55 °C in a dynamic test. The water contact angle of the degreased steel strip surface is 5°-12°. A good degreasing effect was achieved in applications of the degreaser to treatment of stainless steel and cold-rolled steel sheets in factories.%以5%表面活性剂RF-25-1、25%NaOH和0.1%EDTA配制成高效水基金属脱脂清洗剂。通过静态试验研究了脱脂温度、脱脂时间对清洗剂脱脂效果的影响。结果表明,该脱脂清洗剂获得良好效果的工作条件是:温度50°C,时间20 s。动态试验中,在55°C下用该脱脂剂处理走行线速度为200 m/min的带钢板,脱脂后钢板表面对水的接触角在5°~12°之间。该产品应用于实际工厂的不锈钢和冷轧钢板的脱脂处理,效果良好。
