The partial replacement of spherical zinc powder by graphite,iron phosphide,talcum,and high-titanium gray pigment in alcohol-soluble inorganic zinc-rich paint was studied based on the corrosion resistance of coating evaluated by salt water immersion,salt spray test,and open circuit potential measurement.The results showed that all the coatings with different powders have an optimal replacement ratio,at which the coating obtained has the longest cathodic protection time.The coatings with conductive powders have better corrosion protection effect than those with nonconductive powders.The initial open circuit potential shifts in the negative direction firstly and then in the positive direction when increasing the replacement ratio for the coatings with conductive powders,and reaches the minimum at the optimal replacement ratio.The initial open circuit potentials of the coatings with nonconductive powders shift positively gradually with increasing replacement ratio.%研究了石墨、磷铁粉、滑石粉和高钛灰取代醇溶性无机富锌漆中的部分球状锌粉对涂层耐蚀性的影响.通过耐盐水、耐盐雾以及开路电位-时间测试,研究了涂层的耐蚀性.结果表明,各粉体取代涂层都有一个最优取代比,且在最优取代比时涂层的阴极保护时间最长.导电粉取代涂层比非导电粉取代涂层的防腐效果更好.导电粉取代涂层的初始开路电位随取代比的增大先负移后正移,在最优取代比时达到最负值;非导电粉取代涂层的初始开路电位随着取代比的增大而逐渐正移.
