叙述了常见电镀硬铬工艺的特点及操作要点,电镀电源类型及使用特点,以及硬铬用阳极及金属杂质去除设施.重点讨论了成本低、效果好,但目前使用尚不广泛的遮挡、窄缝等硬铬电镀辅助技术.%The characteristics and operation key points of common hard chromium electroplating processes,the types and usage of power supply used,as well as the related anodes and equipments for removing metallic impurities were introduced.Some auxiliary technologies such as using shelters and slits which are low-cost and effective but still not widely used for hard chromium electroplating were discussed.
