聚乙烯醇-硅溶胶基水性外墙涂料

         

摘要

采用一种无机配合物为改性交联剂,可以使聚乙烯醇(PVA)与硅溶胶产生半互穿网络连接形成复合胶,选择光伏硅废渣为主填料,制备了水性外墙涂料.研究了PVA和硅溶胶的配比以及改性交联剂、疏水剂、纳米二氧化硅和金红石型钛白粉的用量对涂膜性能的影响.当改性交联剂的质量为复合胶总质量的2%,PVA与硅溶胶的质量比等于3∶1或4∶1,纳米二氧化硅的用量占复合胶的4%,疏水剂(AS-CS506)和金红石型钛白粉的质量分别占涂料总质量的2%和10%,所得的复合胶既有聚乙烯醇的优良成膜性,又有硅溶胶的耐水性和硬度.与传统外墙涂料相比,用该复合胶制成的水性外墙涂料具有生产简易、成本低廉、性能优良、绿色环保等特点.%A composite adhesive was formed by semi-interpenetrating network connection of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) with silica sol using an inorganic complex as modified crosslinker, and then used to prepare a water-based exterior wall coating with photovoltaic silicon slag as main filler. The effects of the mass ratio of PVA to silica sol and the dosage of modified crosslinker, hydrophobic agent, nano-SiO2, and rutile TiO2 on film properties were studied. The obtained composite adhesive has good film-forming performance of polyvinyl alcohol as well as high water resistance and hardness of silica sol when the mass of modified crosslinker is 2% of the total mass of composite adhesive, the mass ratio of PVA to silica sol equals to 3:1 or 4:1, the dosage of nano-SiO2 is 4% of the mass of composite adhesive, and the mass fractions of hydrophobic agent (AS-CS506) and rutile titanium dioxide are 2% and 10% of the total mass of coating respectively. Comparing with the traditional exterior wall coatings, the water-based exterior wall coating obtained from the composite adhesive has characteristics of simple production, low cost, excellent performance, and environment friendliness.
