电镀减排必须从源头做起──谈绿色电镀

         

摘要

列举了含有毒有害物质的电镀工艺,介绍了可以替代的绿色电镀新工艺和重金属减排工艺,重点介绍了无氰高密度碱铜工艺在卫浴锌合金压铸件电镀中取代传统氰化预镀铜和焦磷酸盐镀铜工艺的应用状况。目前,该工艺已在锌合金门窗配件生产厂家和卫浴厂家中中试成功,门窗及卫浴锌合金压铸件预镀无氰碱铜后镀光亮酸铜,多层镍和铬的各项质量指标达到要求,实现了节水和含铜废水减排的目的。%The electroplating processes containing toxics and contaminants were listed. Some new environmentally friendly electroplating technologies for replacement of the traditional processes and reduction of heavy metal emission were introduced. The emphasis is put on the status of cyanide-free alkaline high-density copper plating process applied to zinc alloy die castings for bathroom parts as an alternative to the traditional processes of cyanide copper pre-plating and pyrophosphate copper plating. The cyanide-free alkaline high-density copper process is currently successfully applied to zinc alloy plating for door and window accessories as well as bathroom parts in pilot-scale test The quality of multilayered nickel coatings and chromium coating meet the requirement after cyanide-free alkaline copper pre-plating followed by bright acid copper plating. The purposes for water conservation and emission reduction of copper-containing wastewater are realized.
