环保型阴极电泳涂料的研究

         

摘要

以用二乙醇胺胺化后的环氧树脂E-20为基料,以乙醇酸和3,5-二甲基吡唑全封闭的甲苯二异氰酸酯作为固化剂,并在解封催化剂2-乙基己酸钙的作用下,合成了一种环保型阴极电泳涂料.探讨了涂料的电导率、pH和固体分对漆膜厚度的影响,得到最佳工艺条件为:固体分17%,电泳电压120 V,电泳时间2 min,电导率900~1 400 tS/cm,pH 6.0~6.5.该涂料的固化温度为130℃,所得漆膜的附着力为0级,铅笔硬度3H,冲击强度55 kg·cm,耐盐雾腐蚀700 h.%An environmental-friendly cathodic electrophoretic paint was synthesized using epoxy resin E-20 aminated by diethanolamine as binder and toluene diisocyanate fully blocked by glycolic acid and 3,5-dimethylpyrazole as curing agent,and under the action of calcium 2-ethylcaproate as block-opening catalyst.The effects of conductivity,pH and solid content of the paint on film thickness were studied and the optimal process conditions were obtained as follows:solid content 17%,electrophoretic voltage 220 V,electrophoretic time 2 min,conductivity 900-1400 tS/cm,and pH 6.0-6.5.The film obtained from the paint cured at 130 C has an adhesion strength of 0 grade,pencil hardness 3H,impact strength 55 kg·cm and salt spray resistance 700 h.
