7N01铝合金表面MFI沸石涂层的结构及耐蚀性能

         

摘要

A MFI zeolite coating was synthesized hydrothermally on 7N01 aluminum alloy,and its microstructure and composition were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy-dispersive spectroscopy(EDS),and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results showed that the MFI zeolite coating is continuous and compact.The corrosion current density of the MFI coating sample is four to five orders of magnitude lower than that of the 7N01 aluminum alloy substrate,and is increased by just one order of magnitude in the 16th polarization curve measurement after immersion in 3.5%NaCl solution for 1 872 hours.The result of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy showed that the in-situ crystallized MFI zeolite coating can provide a long-term protection for 7N01 aluminum alloy against corrosion.%采用一次水热合成的方法在7N01铝合金表面制备MFI沸石涂层.采用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)表征其结构和成分.结果表明:所制备的MFI沸石涂层连续致密;7N01铝合金/MFI沸石涂层的腐蚀电流密度比7N01铝合金基体低4~5个数量级,且能在1 872 h的3.5%NaCl溶液浸泡过程中经过16次极化曲线测量后只上升1个数量级.电化学阻抗谱测量结果表明,原位晶化合成的MFI沸石涂层能给7N01铝合金提供较长时间的腐蚀防护作用.
