以电加热方式制备水性环氧−胺类乳化型固化剂及以其制备的水性环氧乳液的室温固化性能

         

摘要

以二乙烯三胺(DETA)、CYD-128 环氧树脂和聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚(PEGDGE)为原料,根据环氧树脂黏度与温度的关系,采用电加热代替添加有机溶剂,制备了一种环保型水性环氧?胺类乳化型固化剂,并用红外光谱仪表征了它的结构.将所得固化剂与环氧树脂制成涂膜,通过热重分析与差示扫描量热法确定了它的高温固化条件为70℃预成型2h后150℃固化2h.用扫描电镜观察了高温条件和室温条件下制得的固化膜的形貌并测试了它们的性能,发现室温固化操作简单,所得涂膜与基底的粘合强度良好,力学性能满足GB/T 50046-2008《工业建筑防腐蚀设计规范》的要求.在水泥砂浆块上进行的加速氯离子腐蚀试验表明室温固化环氧涂膜具有较好的防护性能.相比于未覆膜的试样,覆膜试样腐蚀试验后的耐压强度甚至还高了23.7%,氯离子含量增长率降低了近9成.%According to the relationship between temperature and viscosity of CYD-128 epoxy resin,an environmental-friendly self-emulsifiable waterborne epoxy-amine curing agent was prepared from diethylenetriamine (DETA),epoxy resin,and poly(ethylene glycol) diglycidyl ether (PEGDGE) by electric heating instead of using organic solvent.Its structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy.The curing conditions at high temperature for the epoxy film prepared with the curing agent were determined by thermogravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry: pre-curing at 70℃ for 2h followed by curing at 150℃ for 2h.The films cured at room temperature and high temperature were observed by scanning electron microscope and their properties were tested.It was found that the operation of curing at room temperature is easy.The film cured at room temperature has a good adhesion to the substrate,and its mechanical properties meet the requirement of GB/T 50046-2008 Code for Anticorrosion Design of Industrial Constructions.The results of accelerated chloride ion corrosion test on the cement mortar blocks showed that the sample coated with a film cured at room temperature had better protective performance as compared with the uncoated one,in that its retention of crushing strength was increased by 23.7%,and its increase rate of chloride ion content was decreased by almost 90% after corrosion test.
