提升轻卡车架夹层防腐蚀性能的工艺

摘要

国内轻卡车架主流的涂装工艺是总成阴极电泳,该工艺成熟稳定,但通病为车架夹层内(如加强板与纵梁之间、连接板与纵梁之间等位置)不易上漆,导致夹层的耐蚀性差.为解决这个问题,提出了夹层预补漆、散件电泳配合铆钉补漆以及二次电泳这3种解决方案,详细介绍了各方案的操作方法与关注点.%The painting process for light-duty truck frame commonly used in China is cathodic electrophoresis after assembly,which is mature and stable,but has a common problem that the truck frame interlayers (such as the places between strengthening plate and main frame,and between connecting plate and main frame) are hard to be coated,leading to a poor anticorrosion performance of interlayers.To solve this problem,three solutions including pre-painting for interlayers,electrophoresis for spare parts combined with painting for rivets after assembly,and double electrophoresis were presented.The operation procedure and points of attention for each solution were described.
