核电厂功能要求分析的方法和应用探索

         

摘要

核电厂功能要求分析是电厂工艺系统设计、控制功能配置、主控室画面设计等的基础,也是人因工程评审和主控室设计的重--素或内容。压水堆重大专项CAP1400核电厂在设计时开展了较为系统的安全功能要求分析和功能分配。在此基础上,根据NUREG-0711的最新要求,本文以CAP1400核电厂为模型,探索并建立了一种核电厂(发电)功能要求分析的流程和方法,并基于功能分析的结果,开展了冷却剂压力控制的控制功能配置和显示画面设计。最后,构想了系统性开展核电厂性能、功能、需求分解的意义和方式。%Functional Requirements Analysis (FRA) of nuclear power plants (NPP) is the basis for process system design, control function configuration, and control room display design, and is also the important factor for human factor engineering review. CAP1400 NPP, as a national science and technology project, was designed with FRA and Function Analysis (FA) for safety goal. According to the latest version of nuclear regulation document (NUREG-0711), the power generation goal should also be analyzed. Therefore, this paper explores a revised break-down approach or methodology for FRA based on CAP1400 model, and carried out the control function configuration and display design focusing on reactor coolant pressure control. Finally a systematic analysis prospect for plant performance index, function, and market requirements using platform software is proposed.
