基于近似模型的电连接器接触件分离力计算

摘要

传统的接触件分离力计算公式由于考虑的因素较少，因而精度较低。本文利用数值模拟技术和响应面法，建立接触件分离力与接触件结构参数的关系函数，从而可以快速计算接触件分离力，并通过实验论证了该方法的有效性。%The traditional calculation formula of contacts separation force does not take into account more fac-tors, so the accuracy is lower .This paper takes advantage of numerical simulation technology and response surface methodology to establish the function of contacts separation force and contacts structure geometry and calculate con-tacts separation force quickly .Finally , the experiment verifies the effectiveness of the method .
