基于零序量采集值的配电网故障定位

         

摘要

Most ground-fault location methods for un-grounded power system need to install additional equipment, and can only determine the fault feeder, but do nothing about fault segment selection. In order to locate fault accurately, the zero-sequence circuit of faulted distribution network is analyzed. The fault characteristics of electrical acquisition values are obtained, and several criteria for fault phase, feeder and segment selection based on zero-sequence acquisition values are proposed. The application of this method in distribution network with distributed generators is also discussed. Verified by Matlab simulation, the proposed method is not only highly reliable and precise, but also saves equipment costs, reduces implementation difficulty, which highly adapts to the construction of smart distribution network.%中性点不接地系统单相接地故障的定位方法大部分需要安装额外设备,只能实现故障选线,对于故障馈线上的选段技术研究很少.为实现更方便更精确的故障定位,针对故障后配电网零序电路进行分析,得到电气量的故障特征,据此提出基于零序量采集值的故障选相、选线、选段的若干依据,用于故障定位并扩展至含分布式电源的配电网.经过Matlab仿真验证,该方法不仅具有较高的可靠性和定位精度并且节约了设备成本,降低了实施难度,适应于智能配电网的建设.
