新型奥氐体耐热钢SUPER304H的焊材选择及焊接工艺

         

摘要

通过对SUPER304H钢的焊接性能分析,对其选用Therrmanit617、YT-304H2种焊材焊接的工艺进行了重点阐述,为保证焊接接头的质量,主要措施包括:控制对口间隙和坡口打磨,防止产生未熔、内凹、焊瘤等缺陷;采用全过程持续充氩保护,防止根部焊缝氧化;控制热输入、采用层间水冷使层间温度在150℃以下,防止热裂纹等缺陷的产生.试验数据及工程实践均证明选用2种焊材中的任一种对保证SUPER304H焊接接头的综合力学性能均可行,前者可节省施工成本.%By analyzing the welding properties of SUPER304H steel, the welding process of SUPER304H steel that were welded with both Thermanit617 and YT-304H was emphasized.The major measures to guarantee the quality of the welding joint including: controlling the gap of the two tubes that will be welded and the grind of the tubes slope to prevent producing defects, such as incomplete fusion, concave,weld beading and so on; keeping the root of the tube being protected by argon all the welding procedure to prevent the root of the welding being oxidized; controlling the weld heat input and using interlayer water cooling to keep the interlayer temperature under 150 degrees to prevent producing defects, such as thermal crack and so on.Experiment data and engineering practice all prove that it is feasible to choose any one of the two filler metals to guarantee the mechanical properties of the SUPER304H welding joint, but choosing the ahead can save construction cost.
