火力发电厂脱硝改造工程造价影响因素分析

摘要

随着最新《火电广大气污染物排放标准》(GB 13223-2011)的颁布实施,火电厂氮氧化物的排放限值越来越严格,脱硝改造工作迫在眉睫.控制工程造价最有效的阶段应当是工程设计阶段,针对影响脱硝改造工程造价的因素,如脱硝工艺的选择、装机容量、燃料种类、脱硝改造预留程度、配套改造工程量和工程建设期等进行了分析和讨论,并结合实例进行了详细分析.%With the implementation of the new national standard "Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Thermal Power Plants", the emission limit of the nitrogen oxide has become tighter and tighter, then more denitrification projects are needed to be installed in the existing power plants to meet the new denitrification emission limit. Design stage is the key point of controlling the construction cost, influencing factors on construction cast of denitrification projects during the design stage such as selection of process, unit capacity, flue type, design allowance for denitrifiration projects, reconstruction workload and project period are analyzed in this paper, and discussion is tarried out combining with the living example.
