拉萨换流站一次设备交接试验监督技术

直流输电工程的试验监督是整个直流输电工程质量监督的重要部分,也是输变电设备全过程技术监督的重要组成部分.青藏直流联网工程受端拉萨换流站由于特殊的高海拔自然环境为其电气一次设备交接试验及技术监督带来很大挑战.文章从3个方面详细阐述了四川电科院高压所在拉萨换流站电气一次设备交接试验监督方面的技术创新.这些创新包括一次设备试验针对高海拔的修正,耐压试验设备在高海拔环境下的性能改善,降低外部环境条件对试验的影响,仪器校准证书的检查重点等.%Test supervision on DC transmission projects is an important part of quality supervision on the whole DC transmission project and lifetime technical supervision on power transmission equipment, Located in high-elevation area, Lhasa Inverter Station, the receiving end of Qinghai-Tibet DC transmission project faces great challenges on the hand-over lest and technical supervision for its electric equipment due to special nalural environments. Technical innovation points of supervision on electric equipment hand-over test in Lhasa Inverter Station are described in detail from three aspects,, including equipment test modification due to high altitude, performance improvement in withstand voltage lest device in high-elevation area, influence reduction of external environment on tests and focus of calibration certificate inspection.
