风水送端系统孤网频率特性影响因素分析

摘要

为了深入分析含风电的送端系统解网后孤网小系统的频率特性,并有针对性地提出频率稳定的控制措施,以某地区电网为例分析含风电、水电的孤网小系统解列后的频率特性,并研究了影响频率特性的主要因素.以联络线外送功率、地区电网各种机组类型装机容量组成比例、用电实际负荷变化作为敏感因子进行了敏感性分析,得出各种组合情况下的频率变化特性,为保证电网安全稳定运行提供技术依据,也为存在类似问题的电网提供参考.%In order to analysis the frequency characteristcs of islanded wind power delivery network after system seperalion and propose frequency stability control measures, the frequency chracleristics and their influence factors of one rartain regional power network are analyzed in detail. Senstivity analysis is performed by taking lie-line transmission power, capacity ratio of various lypes of generation units and actual load variation as sensitivity factors. The frequency variation characteristics are obtained under different factor combinations. The results of the analysis could provide lechnical basis for secure and stable system operation.
