大型汽轮机循环水泵改造选型问题分析

         

摘要

循环水泵改造选型过程中容易出现循环水泵选型不合理的问题,直接影响改造效果.通过对循环水泵选型原则的分析,提出循环水泵选型的关键是要循环水泵设计工作点和循环水系统阻力特性相匹配,以试验的方式实测循环水系统阻力特性,可为循环水泵改造选型提供科学依据.以某300 MW汽轮机组循环水泵改造选型为例进行分析,以实测循环水系统阻力特性为选型依据,循环水泵选型结果较原设计选型结果科学合理.%The improper selection of circulating water pump type may affect the revamping effect directly and does not occur rarely.Based on the analysis of the selection principles,it is proposed that the key is to match the design working point of the circulating water pump with the resistance characteristics of the circulating water system.In addition,the resistance characteristics of the circulating water system from actual measurements can provide scientific support for the selection of the circulating water pump types.Taking the upgrade of a 300 MW steam turbine as an example,the selection of circulating water pump type is based on the measured resistance characteristics of the circulating water system.The selected circulating water pump type is more scientific and reasonable than that in the original design.
