高频非晶合金轴向磁通永磁电机不同冷却方案温度场分析

         

摘要

According to the large eddy current loss and temperature rise of permanent magnets(PMs)ex-isting in high frequency amorphous alloy(AA)axial flux permanent magnet(AFPM)machines,the cool-ing effect comparisons between the cooling system with water channels in stator connecting plates and wa-ter ponds fixed on end covers were analyzed.For the former,the temperature rise results of PMs with dif-ferent channel numbers and water velocities were calculated,and the selection rules of channel number ware were given.For the latter,the influences of cooling system with or without spoilers and their shapes and locations were analyzed,and the head losses of the above several schemes were carried on.The PMs temperature rises and head losses of stator connecting cooling system and water pond cooling system with-out spoiler were calculated,and the results proved that the stator cooling system is more suitable for the AA AFPM machine.Finally,the temperature rise test for a water pond without spoiler 7kW AA AFPM machine was tested,and the results have validated the temperature predictions.%针对高频非晶合金轴向磁通永磁电机永磁体涡流损耗大、永磁体温升高的问题,对定子连接板上开设水道冷却系统和电机两侧端盖加装冷却水套冷却系统的冷却效果进行了对比分析.对于定子连接板上开设水道冷却系统,计算了不同水道数和不同水速时永磁体温升,给出了水道数选择依据.对电机两侧端盖加装冷却水套冷却系统,分析了冷却水套中有无扰流板以及扰流板形状及其放置位置对冷却效果的影响,并对几种方案水头损失进行了对比分析.计算了不同水速时定子连接板水道冷却系统和无扰流板水套冷却系统永磁体温升和水头损失,指出定子连接板水道冷却系统更适合于非晶合金轴向磁通永磁电机.对一台7 kW、无扰流板水套冷却系统非晶合金轴向磁通永磁样机进行了温升实验,实验结果验证了仿真分析的正确性.
