介绍了一种采用转速、电流双闭环控制的基于西门子直流调速器6RA70的直流电机(DCM)模拟风机装置,包括硬件系统的设计和软件程序的编写.在此基础上利用Citect SCADA软件建立风力发电监控平台,并与可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)联网,通过PLC与直流调速器6RA70通信控制DCM模拟风机运行.在搭建的DCM -双馈发电机(DFIG)风力发电系统模拟试验平台上运行后,表明该装置可根据用户要求和控制指令实现任意风速下DCM模拟风机输出,具有安全可靠、精确度高,且可远程控制的特性.%A DCM-based on wind turbine driven by Siemens DC converter 6RA70 using speed and current double closed-loop control strategy were described, in addition including hardware structure and software program. Furthermore, a wind power generation human-machine monitor and control platform was established by means of citect SCADA software, which could connect the network to PLC, make the DCM imitate wind turbine running status on the basis of the communication between PLC and 6RA70. The DCM-DFIG wind power generation test bed was built and operated, the results indicated that this test bed could imitate all kinds of wind speed and drive DCM to output responding turbine torque, with features of safety, reliability, high precision and remote control.
