In order to improve the ability of inhibition disturbances and quick response with brushless DC motor (BLDCM), a strategy of sliding mode control with exponential reaching law, and analysis of this control strategy feasibility was designed. Through the design of BLDCM speed control system, the control performance was improved greatly. The simulation results showed that the control strategy has good performance with fast response, no overshoot, ability of strong inhibition disturbances, and greatly improved the robustness of BLDCM. It proved that the control strategy was very effectively.%为了提高无刷直流电机(BLDCM)控制的抗负载扰动和快速响应能力,利用滑模变结构原理设计了一种指数趋近律的滑模变结构控制策略,并对该控制策略的可行性进行理论分析.通过设计BLDCM控制系统的速度环节,使控制性能得到很大改善.仿真试验表明,该控制策略具有响应速度快、无超调、抗负载扰动能力强等优点,提高了BLDCM的鲁棒性,从而验证了指数趋近律的滑模变结构控制策略的有效性.
