高速永磁同步风力发电机的电磁设计与计算

         

摘要

以1.5 MW高速永磁同步风力发电机为研究对象,设计了两台不同转子结构的发电机方案,介绍了高速永磁同步风力发电机电磁参数的设计原则.建立两台发电机电磁场二维有限元计算模型,给出它们空载和负载工况时的电磁场分布,并分别计算了定子直槽与斜槽时一个齿距内的齿槽转矩,计算了发电机空载电压波形正弦性畸变率,给出两台发电机负载与稳态短路参数的对比.同时,对内置式转子结构发电机转子冲片开轴向通风孔对电磁场分布及输出电压的影响进行了计算分析,为大功率高速永磁风力发电机的优化设计提供了一些有意义的参考.%A 1.5 MW high-speed permanent magnet synchronous wind generator was investigated, for which two wind generators with two different rotors, introduced how to select the design parameter, established the finite element analysis model for the generators. The electromagnetic field of two generators operation with rated load and non-load were studied, and calculated the cogging torque within a circular pitch when straight flute and flume, and the voltage waveform aberration rate was studied with non-load. Meanwhile, the parameter with rated load and steady state short circuit were contrast with two generators. At last, calculated and analyzed the effect of the output voltage and electromagnetic field when axial direction air vent was punched for the generator that the permanent magnetic built-in rotor, which may be meaningful for the design and optimize of high speed permanent magnet large wind generator.
