基于小波脊线的异步电动机间接测试方法

         

摘要

The virtual data acquisition card and PC were employed to detect the stator current signal of the asynchronous motor while starts, and the current signal of 1st order gear harmonic was obtained by de-noising, filtering and rebuilding with the wavelet theory. With regard to the gradient characteristic of high frequencies, the transient frequency was extracted with the algorithm of wavelet ridge line to realize the indirect measurement for the non-torque and rotating speed sensors. Experimental results showed that method of the paper brings exact measurements and new views for detection of the starting characteristic of asynchronous motors.%利用虚拟数据采集示波卡和PC机采集异步电动机起动过程中的定子电流信号,采用小波理论对其降噪、滤波和重构,得到定子一阶齿谐波电流信号,考虑该高频分量的渐进特性,用基于小波脊线的分析方法提取该信号的瞬时频率,从而实现异步电动机起动特性的无转矩、转速传感器的间接测试,试验结果表明该方法可以实现准确测试,为异步电动机起动特性测量提供了新思路.
