Design and implement a controlled electronic load of motor testing system, this system selected STM32F103 for the controller,used the electronic loading energy control unit to realize the precise load of motor load, applied SPWM inverter technology to communicate electrical energy recycle. The experiment results showed that the testing system was flexible and convenient, it could test motor performance parameters well and was able to produce the mechanical energy into electrical energy effectively when testing the motor.%设计实现了一种可控电子负载型电机测试系统,该系统选用STM32F103为控制器,采用电子负载能量控制单元实现电机负载的精确加载,应用正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)交流逆变技术实现电能再利用.试验结果表明该测试系统灵活方便,能很好地测试电机的性能参数,并可以有效的将测试电机时产生的机械能转换为电能.
