高压低速无刷直流电机的无传感器控制

         

摘要

针对高压低速、大力矩、直接驱动无刷直流电机(BLDCM)设计了反电动势过零检测电路,提出了BLDCM的无位置传感器控制算法.该算法直接利用反电势检测的过零点,经硬件相移后,作为换相信号,直接控制和驱动BLDCM,减少了无位置传感器控制中换相信号的软件计算量,控制更加可靠和高效,具有较大的应用价值.%A circuit was designed to detect the zero-crossing signal of back electromotive force (BEMF) , for high-voltage low-speed, large-torque and direct drive BLDCM. And the sensorless control algorithm of the BLDCM was completed. The algorithm uses the zero-crossing signal of BEMF with phaseshift by the circuit as the signal of phase conversion to directly control and drive the BLDCM. It can simplify the calculation of the phase conversion signal in sensorless control, and make the control reliable and highly efficient. It has great practical value.
