永磁电机固有电压调整率降低措施的定量研究

         

摘要

The finite element method is used to quantificationally study the measures to reduce permanent magnet motor inherent voltage regulation based on qualitative analysis. First, field-circuit method to calculate permanent magnet motor inherent voltage regulation was introduced and compared with finite element method. A new model was proposed to calculate the terminal voltage. Then, the influence of permanent magnet motors size and parameters, including turns in series per phase, core length, non-magnetism bridge size, permanent magnet coercivity, air gap length, slot width, slot depth, on the inherent voltage regulation was analyzed quantificationally. Finally the measures to reduce permanent magnet motor inherent voltage regulation was concluded. The conclusion from quantitative analysis was more convincing than the traditional one from qualitative analysis.%为了研究降低永磁电机固有电压调整率的措施,先进行了定性分析,在此基础上采用有限元法进行了定量计算.首先介绍了“场路结合法”来计算永磁电机的电压调整率,并与有限元法进行了对比,提出了计算端电压的新模型.接着基于有限元法,对永磁电机的每相串联匝数、铁心长度、隔磁桥尺寸、永磁体矫顽力、气隙长度、槽口宽度、槽深等参数尺寸对电压调整率的影响进行了定量分析.最后总结了降低永磁电机电压调整率的措施,定量分析得出的结论比传统的定性分析结论更具有说服力.
