基于有限元分析的永磁无刷直流电机设计

         

摘要

当今国内外在对电机进行有限元分析时,主要观察电机的二维磁场分布,没有对电机的起动过程和稳态特性进行分析.基于有限元分析建立了永磁无刷直流电机的二维和三维有限元模型.在二维分析中,从考虑起动过程和不考虑起动过程两个方面仿真计算了电机的机械瞬态下电机特性和性能.在三维模型中,根据磁场在电机中的分布,分析了磁路和尺寸设计对电机性能的影响,从而提出了一种对电机设计的一套完整方案.最后将仿真结果与试验结果进行比较,验证了仿真的可行性和可靠性.%In traditional FEA analysis of PMBLDCM mainly focus on magnetic field distribution, and rarely analyze motor' s starting and steady process characteristics. FEA analysis 2D and 3D model respectively was presented. In FEA Analysis 2D model, by analyze motor' s mechanical transient performance from two aspects: considering starting and without considering starting. And get a series of running curve for the two aspects. In FEA 3D model, by examine the magnetic fields distribution of the motor, analyze the effect of the magnetic circuit and motor dimension. Accordingly, proposed a full procedure for design PMBLDCM. In the end, by comparison the simulation and experiments results, verified the reliability and feasibility of the simulation results.
