变频器在起重机调速控制系统中的设计与应用

         

摘要

对于升降类的恒转矩负载,如起重机、电梯等,这类负载的特点是起动时冲击电流大;下降过程中会有能量回馈,需要一定的制动转矩,因此要求变频器留有一定的余量.通用变频器内部本身提供的制动转矩往往不能满足要求,需要外加制动单元.通过分析桥式起重机拖动负载的特性,选用具有四象限运行特点的矢量变频器进行设计.%For the lifting of the constant torque load, such as cranes, elevators, this kind of load characteristics is the starting impact current when it is large; drop process will have energy feedback, need a certain brake torque converter, thus requiring leave some margin. Universal converter internal itself provides the braking torque are often unable to meet the requirements, the need for external brake unit. Through the analysis of bridge crane drag load characteristics, selection of the four quadrant operation characteristic vector frequency converter design.
