基于LabVIEW和DSP的发电机组振动与噪声监测系统

         

摘要

There ate two most common and indefinable faults of generator units; abnormal vibration and noise. Studies based on vibration fault only have obvious limitations in most previous monitoring systems. In this paper, two 600MW supercritical units of power plant are taken as researched object. According to the researched object, a realtime monitoring system based on vibration parameters and noise parameters was developed by using Windows as its development platform and LabVIEW as its development tool. DSP is selected to collect vibration and noise data, and communication between PC and DSP we adopt serial communication.%异常振动和噪声是发电机组中难以确定又最为常见的两种故障,以往大多监测系统主要研究振动故障,具有一定的局限性.以电厂2台600 MW超临界机组为研究对象,开发了一套基于Windows平台,以LabVIEW作为开发工具的集发电机组振动和噪声参数于一体的发电机组实时监测系统,系统的数据采集采用以DSP为核心的振动监测和噪声监测数据采集器来实现,上下位机之间的通信采用串行通信方式.
