核电1000 MW发电机定子绕组电气绝缘耐压试验标准的探讨

摘要

发电机定子绕组电气绝缘耐压试验是考核发电机定子绝缘性能的重要指标.由于1000 MW发电机多为引进国外技术制造,发电机定子耐压试验值要求各不相同.实例分析表明,耐压试验值与国内标准存在的偏差原因是国内制造厂直接采用了转让方的试验规范,造成试验要求与国内标准要求不一致.%Dielectric test is the main measurement to verify the insulation character of generator stator windings.Due to the different production technology transferred abroad,the test voltage value of 1 000 MW generatormanufactured in China varied a lot.The deviation reasons between the test values and standard requirements by twocases was analyzed.The deviation reason was that the domestic manufactures use the technology specification of thetransferor,so the test requirements were inconsistent with the domestic standards.
