分析了传统扩展卡尔曼滤波器(EKF)在空心杯永磁同步电机(PMSM)无位置传感器控制系统中的应用原理,构建了旋转坐标系下的EKF模型,提出了一种基于换元法的线性化算法.仿真和试验结果表明,该算法既能准确估计转子位置又能有效降低计算量,能很好地应用于空心杯PMSM的无位置传感器控制系统.%The principle of extended Kalman filter (EKF) applied in the sensorless control system of coreless PMSMs was analyzed.A EKF model in the rotating coordinate was created,and a linear algorithm based on the method of substitution was presented.The results showed that the proposed algorithm could accurately estimate the rotor position and effectively reduce the calculation,and it was well applied to the sensorless control for coreless PMSM.
