基于永磁同步电机的无刷直流电机建模仿真

         

摘要

以无刷直流电机的内部结构和数学模型为基础,提出一种基于MATLAB/Simulink模块库中永磁同步电机(PMSM)模块的无刷直流电机(BLDCM)建模与仿真新方法.在MATLAB/Simulink中,通过建立独立功能模块,并结合Simulink模块库下PMSM模块和通用电桥模块等,对该模块进行有机整合,搭建出BLDCM系统仿真模型.该模型采用双闭环控制,外环为速度环,采用PI控制,以稳定转速和抗负载扰动;内环为电流环,以稳定电流.仿真结果证明,采用PMSM仿真BLDCM,在建模过程中具有简洁高效且模型更加精确的优点,此模型为改进其他控制算法提供了建模仿真基础.%Based on the internal structure and mathematical model of the brushless DC motor (BLDCM),a novel method for modeling and simulation of BLDCM in MATLAB/Simulink module library of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) was proposed.In MATLAB/Simulink,the isolated functional blocks combined with simulink module library PMSM module and voltage inverter module were modeled.By the organic combination of these blocks,the model of BLDCM was established.In the double-loop of control system,the outer ring of the double-loop was speed loop with a PI control,and it could stabilize torque and anti-load disturbance.The inner ring was current loop with hysteresis current control.PMSM had been used to simulate BLDCM,the effectiveness and accuracy had been certified by the simulation results.The simulation method could also improved other control algorithms.
