基于TMS320 F28 XX的低压高转速驱动系统的设计实现∗

         

摘要

Based on the demand of low voltage and high speed motor driving system in the vehicle-mounted servo system, the driving system, which used TMS320F28XX of TI and CPLD of ALTERA as the control chips, 16 bits optical encoder and Hall sensor combined analog-digital conversion chip AD7606 as the current and speed acquisition unit, intelligent power module of mitsubishi electric as driving unit, was designed and implemented. And the hardware of the driving system was introduced, including control circuit of DSP and CPLD, detection circuits, power driving circuits and other hardware protections. Then the segmented by a speed lookup table method solved the system regulation of a smooth low speed to high speed, and applying SVPWM vector control algorithm, the protection scheme was designed combining hardware and software to achieve a permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system velocity modulation performance. The experimental results showed that the system was responsive, and of high steady precision, strong anti-interference ability.%针对车载驱动领域对低压高转速电机驱动系统的需求,设计实现了基于TI的TMS320F28XX及ALTERA的CPLD为主控单元,以16 bit高精度光电编码器、霍尔传感器结合A/D转换芯片AD7606为速度和电流采集单元,以三菱智能功率模块为功率驱动单元的低压高转速永磁同步电机驱动系统。详细介绍了系统的硬件设计方案,包含DSP及CPLD主控电路、信号检测电路、功率驱动电路及相关硬件保护电路。通过一种速度分段查表的方法有效解决了系统由低速到高速的平滑调速,并应用矢量控制算法及SVPWM技术,设计硬件与软件相结合的保护方案,实现了永磁同步电机驱动系统的高性能速度调制。测试结果表明,系统响应迅速,稳态精度较高,抗干扰能力较强。
