感应电机定子端部风路结构对通风影响

         

摘要

End winding region structure of stator in induction motor includes flow board and tooth-press board. The flow short circuit will form, and the ventilation and flow distribution will be changed when the flow board is canceled. The 3D ventilation model based on three design projects of tooth-press board of a motor without flow board was constructed. Experimental results were gained after numerical calculation. By contrasting with experimental results, it can be found that the flow short circuit will form in the case of improper design for motor structure, so as to cause negative effect. Finally, some optimization measures for current tooth-press board constructure were given.%感应电机定子端部结构中导风板取消后会形成局部风路短路效应,对电机的整体通风压降与风路流量分配产生较大的影响。针对某无导风板电机,建立了包含端部的三维电机整体风路模型,对其3种齿压板风路设计方案,进行了流体数值仿真计算。对1种方案进行了试验验证,证明了在电机结构设计不当时确实存在风路短路效应,并会带来不利影响。最后对现有齿压板结构提出了一些改进措施。
