Variable frequency speed adjustment has a great role in energy conservation for variable flow of water in the central air-conditioning system. In the case of variable flow, based on the impact on chiller COP by the variable flow and energy saving of chilled water pumps and cooling water pumps, combining the advantages of constant differential pressure and constant differential temperature, a combination of temperature and pressure control method was adopted. And in the inner pressure control, the pump was improved to the circulation operation from the fixed way. Through examples, the implementation process of bumpless cycle operation was introduced. The improved operating mode can save a lot of energy, and the startup and operational characteristics of the system are greatly improved.%变频调速在中央空调变流量水系统中有很大的节能作用。在分析了变流量情况下冷冻水泵、冷却水泵的节电量及变流量对冷水机组制冷效率的影响基础上,综合恒压差控制和恒温差控制的优点,采用了一种温度和压差联合控制的方法,且在内环压差控制中,将变频泵固定运行方式改进为循环运行方式。通过实例介绍循环运行无扰动切换的实现过程,改进后的运行方式除了节约大量电能,对系统的起动特性和运行特性都有很大改善。
