笼型异步电机能效辨识方法对比

摘要

Several online identification methods of three-phase induction motors separately was discussed, and the traditional T-equivalent method was also improved. Taking a 5. 5 kW asynchronous motor with four poles as an example, the proposed method was verified through experiment, the results showed that the air torque method has the highest accuracy to identify motor efficiency. The achievement could provide a technical support for on-line identification of motor efficiency.%对不同三相异步电机效率在线辨识方法精度分别进行研究，并改进传统T型等效电路算法。以一台5．5 kW、4极异步电机为例，对提出的方法进行了试验验证，结果表明利用气隙转矩法辨识电机效率具有较高精度。不同方法试验数据的比较分析为工程实际电机能效在线辨识提供了重要参考。
